HERO AE-47 Electric Sports Bike

Hero motors unveils their first electric two wheeler to the Indian road. Which is expected to launch in October 2020. This is the first ever electric premium bike of hero motors. So that HERO AE-47 has been showcased as a premium product at the Auto Expo 2020.

Features included in Hero AE-47 are digital instrument cluster with key-less access, reverse assist,cruise control, mobile app featuring GPS, GPRS and geofencing as well.

Specifications and performance of AE-47 is powered by a 4000W electric motor, with a top speed of 85kmph. The AE-47 consist of a light weight portable lithium ion 48V/3.5kWh battery and the range is claimed to be 85km on a single charge, while in Eco-mode the range will upto 160km on a single charge.

Best competitors in this segments for AE-47 is Revolt RV 400 and the Ather 450.

Price is not specified by the hero motors but it should be around 1.10-1.25lkhs.
